The Gluing system is an ingenious and affective
manner of heat-up and application of the glue.
By using the Teflon coated electronically regulated glue pot,
to reach the minimum melting temperatureof the glue, it prevents
overheating or burning of the glue therefor maintaining a higher
adhesive quality. Minimum maintenance for the glue pot is required
and it has a faster startup time.
A 3000 Watt hot air blower is used, before the panel meets the
tape to bring up the temperature to the ideal gluing level to
assure a perfect bond.
You even have the option of exluding the glue pot if your need
to do so, with the swing of a leaver.
