AUTO RPA

This machine has been designed for wood-pulp automatic engraving,
step less or by intermittency, on flat and shaped profiles.
Wood-pulp is poured into the hopper placed on the low part of
RPA 96 from where, by means of scrolls, is carried up to the
pump that provides for spreading the material between roller and profile.
Wood-pulp in excess falls down into the hopper and then driven back to the wood-pulp pump for the immediate recover.
Of sturdy construction and easy to operate, it is specially suitable for
heavy duties and when to feed continuously the material is required to maximize output production.

 
 
BORGORE 800-I

 

This machine has been designed for hot engraving on wood.
It is suitable for pressing on large panels and for the manufacture of friezes.
We wish to point out that it is equipped with a device for intermittent processing,
thanks to which pressing on the panel can be resumed exactly in the same position.
This unit is particularly suitable in the sector of coffins and funeral fittings,
chests, chairs, furniture and in all those fields requiring a considerable engraving power.

This units has been designed to carry out two types of processing:

- hot engraving on wood
- engraving with wood pulp.

Thanks to its high output and to the possibility of a swift change
in processing, this machine is ahead of any other for pressing on
picture frames, pelmets, furniture, accessories, etc.
