  • The machine is designed to cut mortises through the combination of the oscillating movement.
  • The oscillating movement is transmitted to the bit spindle through a connecting adjustable eccentric system.
  • A variable speed drive is provided for the purpose of adjusting the speed of oscillation.
  • Mortiser table feed is powered by air cylinders with feed rate being controlled by a hydraulic check unit.
  • The mortiser table can be raised or lowered, and tilted to various angles up to 20 degrees.
  • The work cycle is automatic being controlled by the alternating movement of the two tables.
